    The D A L Medical Management System is much more than an Insurance Claims Processing software program.

    D A L Associates, Inc. has been providing medical receivables and practice management systems to California physicians since 1982. The D A L Medical Management System was designed to simplify computerization of medical offices, yet provide a fast and complete Accounts Receivable and Practice Management System.

    The Data Entry screens are designed to lead the user through the collection of all pertinent billing information. Entry of Patient Data, insurance information, charges, payments and adjustments can be completed in seconds. Libraries of insurance companies, referring and rendering physicians, places of service, procedure and diagnostic codes and more, can all be accessed through pop-up windows for faster data entry. One-time data entry permits demand generation of statements, forms, reports and electronic claims submission.

    Audit trails and daily reports are prepared automatically. Weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual reports can be selected to provide information to you about your Accounts Receivable, Practice Activity, HMO and capitation insurances, Daily Operation Reports and Collection Reports, as well as many other report formats.

    In 1982, the D A L System submitted the very first electronically transmitted Medicare claim from a physicians office in Northern California. D A L has led the industry in providing electronics claims submission capability ever since. Hundreds of companies can be billed electronically as primary, secondary or Medigap carriers - absolutely free of charge. There is no per claim fee* or annual member fee for the Electronic Claim Submissions program and is included with the purchase of the D A L Medical Management System.

    Of the hundreds of available hardware configurations, we have encountered very few configurations which may have problems with the D A L Medical Management System software. True IBM compatible configurations have not experienced problems. Most of the time these problems are solved with simple hardware changes.
