ELECTRONIC CLAIMS PROCESSING

Medicare claims can be submitted through the Blue Shield CABBS program, TransAmerica National Standards System or Aetna Rural Health System. Hundreds of Medigap Secondary Payers are preprogrammed into the D.A.L. Medical Management System to virtually eliminate Medicare and secondary carrier paper billing. Access to the CABBS Bulletin Board is provided to allow inquiries of claim and reimbursement status.

Medi-Cal claims are transmitted directly from your computer to Medi-Cal. Both in-patient and out-patient formats are supported. By supporting both formats, D A L can offer electronic Medi-Cal submission to private practices, to rural health clinics or other out-patient clinics.

Private Insurance claims are transmitted to the emdeon(tm) business services network directly from your office to the emdeon(tm) computers. An abbreviated list of just a few of these companies include:
