PATIENT LISTS & LABELS

The D.A.L. Medical Management System includes programs to allow the user to print various listings, print labels and/or create mailmerge files. Patient listings may be printed for each doctor and provides a valuable overview of the doctor's practice and a means to follow-up with certain accounts. You may use this feature to print labels of all or a select portion of your patient accounts. Printed listings are available for the following categories:

BY BIRTH DATE

BY DATE FIRST SEEN

BY ACCOUNT BALANCE

BY INSURANCE TYPE

PATIENTS WITH CREDIT BALANCE

PATIENTS SENT TO COLLECTION

ALL PATIENTS

ACCOUNT NUMBER, FILE NUMBER, OR NOTE FIELD

BY DIAGNOSES

SORT EACH REPORT BY ZIP CODE TO OBTAIN DEMOGRAPHIC DATA

Patient listings are also available by insurance type. Lists for each doctor or the practice may be printed showing the insurance type, patient name, birth date and balance due. Each practice varies as to which optional features work best for them, but most offices use the patient list function to collect and maintain important information about their patients and accounts.
